# Sharing the video

Registered users can create **up to 50 videos** and share them with the teammates or add the links to the systems they use to run projects or bug tracking, such as [aqua](https://aqua-cloud.io/), [Drivt](https://drivt.net/), Jira, Linear, Clickup, Asana to name a few.

To create a shareable link, you need to be <mark style="background-color:green;">a registered</mark> user or <mark style="background-color:green;">signed in</mark> to your dashboard.

If you have just created a capture, first you need to give it a title and then save it.

Once you save it, click on the button 'Copy link' and share it with your colleagues or friends.

If you want to share the link to an existing capture, you can do it from a dashboard or from the item preview as described above.

The shared link can be reshared by people with whom you shared a capture, but the shared videos or screenshots are currently not added automatically to the dashboard and can be accessed only via a direct link.

Unregistered or not signed in users can create captures, but can't share them. You can still download the video in .webm format to your desktop for further usage.

If you created a capture without signing in, but want to generate a share link, no worries, just log in or create an account, then save a capture and copy the link to share.

Get ready to share your captures on the go! With just a few taps on your mobile phone, you can generate and share a link in no time. Simply open up the dashboard or preview of the capture, then tap on the 'Copy link' button or the link icon. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select the generated link. Once you've done that, just tap 'Copy' from the menu, and you're good to go!&#x20;

Now, you can easily share your captures no matter where you are, all from the convenience of your mobile device.
