# Capture and Jira

## Connect a Jira site to Capture

Connecting Capture to a Jira site gives you multiple opportnunities to improve the workflow and collaboration within your team.

With Capture and Jira you can:

* Attach customer feedback/issues directly to the Jira board,
* File issues directly to Jira from the Capture app with videos, screenshot and technical details,
* Get the meaningful and important diagnostics information with issues when you create tickets using Capture.

You can set up an integration in just few clicks and it's possible to do either from the [Apps page](https://app.usecapture.io/apps/) or from the preview capture page.

The connection to Capture should be configured only once and then you'll be able to file issue to Jira projects from any capture preview page.

To set up an integration, you need to click the 'Connect' button at the apps page or click the Jira icon at the top panel.

You'll be navigated to the authorization page where you need to select what Jira site you want to connect.

Then click the 'Accept' button.

That's all! Your integration should be configured.

Once the integration with Jira site is set, the Jira icon will become active.

To create an issue with a capture, click on the corresponding Jira icon.
